Llevo tres semanas tratando de comunicarme para realizarle a mi hijo una prueba genética y no me contestan los email. La comunicación es pésima. Gracias a Dios ya conseguí otro lugar. No recomiendo este laboratorio.
Horrible. No communication between each location. They just send people all Willy nilly telling people FALSE times they close making you run around the whole island for a location that I was ON TIME for and they didn’t want to do because the tech didn’t feel like it. HORRIBLE!
Tiene empleadas que no sirve a su público! Mal trato, mala comunicación… Si no sirven para atender publico (Servicio al cliente) para que están en dicho empleo? Para hacer un dopaje tengo que traer mi licencia personal, le digo que la tengo en mi CESCO digital no la permite soy de lejos pierdo mi día y mi licencia solo la quieren para sacar una copia le pregunto si pudo enviarla por email de mala gana su contestación fue un no rotundo! No entiendo!! Pésimo servicio no escojan ese laboratorio no vuelvo
