The tech at the Fairbanks location is AMAZING!! Ive had hundreds of blood draws in my life...hands down, she is the BEST phlebotomist ever. Highly skilled. Never has to re-poke. Fast and efficient. Friendly! She deserves the highest pay you can give her (I have no clue how much she gets paid and its not something we've ever talked about).....keep her there! It is VERY hard to find someone that skilled in Fairbanks, trust me, I know this.
I loose my appointment for being 10 minutes late, however they can be 10 minutes behind and then not be able to find the Doctors orders. Really unprofessional, I will never be back.
