Service and staff are great here
The lab is very conveniently located, very clean and well organized. The phlebotomist was very knowledgeable and very friendly. A great experience. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics.
Ms. Cindy was my phlebotomist. Amazing, gentle soul. The check in was easy, iPad to sign in - whether you have an appointment or not. You’re given a wait time, can wait in your car and receive a text on when to come in. My wait time was 45min but I was called in around 30 mins. Ms. Cindy walked me through the entire process. It is wild to me that there isn’t a 2nd employee to help with paperwork, insurance, plugging in lab tests, answer calls etc. I saw some reviews saying you can’t get someone on the phone. Excellent phlebotomist there. Sometimes difficult to get orders sent there, I don't know why.
