I’ve been sitting here for literally 2 hours for some silly blood work. They have no time management skills & just overall suck at their jobs. If you want to spend a day waiting for blood work, come here because apparently it takes rocket scientist to do blood work. Definitely recommend going to any other location.

Supposed to be open at 730 am and plebotomist shows up at 745am and doesn't take first patient until 754am. Super unprofessional. Have come here a few times and always late. May have to find another quest near by.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The phlebotomist was rude and unnecessarily aggressive in his demeanor. He admonished me for “not coming when called,” but he mumbled my name from behind a half-opened door without coming out or speaking clearly. There was no reasonable way to know I was being called. At the time, he had an iPad propped up and appeared to be watching a TV show or movie while on duty, which made the interaction feel even more unprofessional. I went to Quest Diagnostics in Westborough this morning for labs. They offer a walk-in option, but it’s honestly just a waste of people’s time. It gives the impression that you can go in and be seen, but that clearly wasn’t the case. I waited for half an hour, there was nobody else in the waiting room, and no one ever came to get me. While I was there, one lady went into the back and almost immediately came back out, so I know there wasn’t anyone in the room with the staff member. There was no reason for such a long wait.
