I will never use Quest Diagnostics again. They have absolutely no front desk services that allow you to speak to someone without going through a headache. I just attempted to schedule an appointment and found none available tomorrow the next day the next day the next day basically it's near the Fourth of July but I went all the way to next Tuesday and none available today is Thursday before the 4th. Absolutely terrible experience the I think woman working here came out and was complaining that she couldn't find my labs I've been to this place a dozen times in the last 2 years at any rate super terrible customer service running behind no apology this place has sucked since the first day I came and I will never come back find another location this is pathetic
No staff to greet patients when we arrive is very cold. I use a walker and am not strong, so getting in and out of the door was very difficult. The location looks like a large closet was taken over, and only partially retrofit for a lab. The staff was very adequate, but not much more. Other Quest Locations are better than this one.
Understaffed to a huge detriment. Staff has no bandwidth to help since they have 10 minutes per appointment leaving no time to address issues that may come up. If you have any issues, there is literally no customer support structure in place to help you. If you have the opportunity to go to any other lab to get your tests done, please do so. A printer malfunction caused a huge ripple effect in me not getting my results in time with multiple followup visits, which has still not remedied the issue. Really dissatisfied with the... read more
