I had a great experience getting blood drawn by Divya at this Quest location and I say this as someone with lifelong needle-phobia! I scheduled an appointment online a few days prior, used the self check-in kiosk when I arrived, sat in the waiting area for 2 mins, and then was called in by Divya who was friendly and efficient. I told her I have fainted during blood draws in the past, so she had me sit in a reclining chair and gave me an ice pack to hold on my forehead which helped a lot. We were little for walk in appointment at end of Friday. Divya and Ms. Carmel were so considerate and on request still took us. there was some issue in our order In their system it to fix it , it went beyond their closing time for day . Both of them were very helpful and professional. Thank you.
