The person that was supposed to do my bloodwork had a lot more coffee in her system than I did. She was rapid-fire yell-talking at me, definitely not listening, or allowing me a word in edgewise. Perhaps she's hard or hearing, or assumed I was. Either way- she was incredibly rude, and wrong about my orders not being valid. Had she of paused her high volume diatribe and utilized a bit of patience and use of opposable digits to access a bit more information, I would not have had to go elsewhere. I did not do any normal sports or workouts 2 days prior, I didn't drink, I fasted and when I got to my appointment they informed me they did not have the butterfly needles needed for my tiny veins. They tried with the big straight needles and knew it would not work. I was told to come back after mid-day Monday after their order came in. It ruined my day for sure.

For someone who has the hardest veins to work with and I always need an ultrasound machine Connor at Quest was the BEST so so so Good. See Connor!!!!!! We didn’t need an ultrasound machine it was not painful at all way to go Quest and way to go Connor

My Dr. asked me to come in for a blood test on March (it’s May now). 2 weeks later Quest admitted that the sample was lost en route to Chicago. I go in for Take 2. 2 weeks later when my Dr inquired about my results Quest told them that they were processing results and would have them within a day. Then 3 days later they admitted that they lost the results again. I went in for Take 3. 2 weeks later and turns out they lost them again. The man (Connor) who helped me was very kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. I got a blood draw and a urine collection test and both were quick and painless and less awkward than expected. I felt like I was in very good hands and was in and out in 15 minutes. I would definitely come back to this location. My only complaint is that the office was hard to find. I wasn’t expecting it to be IN the Safeway. There’s no marker on the outside of the building.
