I always make an appt. Over the past year + the techs are not on time. The wait room is overwhelming. This & Enfield is closest to me & Enfield is the same way
I Took my 14 yr old daughter here for bloodwork on Saturday , she was visibly nervous/ upset. I was hoping the phlebotomist she had would be joyful/ friendly. Well we got the complete opposite , the phlebotomist opened the door, called her name and I nicely greeted her with a good morning and a smile, in return she gave me a blank stare and told me to go to room 6. The woman who did my bloodwork today was awesome! She was very friendly and eased my worries. We talked about music and before I knew it, we were done. Great job! Definitely an asset to Quest!
