I have bad needle anxiety, to the point I’ve passed out before. So to say the least I was nervous going in but Mykiah was amazing! She made me feel comfortable, held a pleasant conversation with me to distract me from the anxiety, and was able to do the needle in one try. It have small deep vanes so sometimes people struggle. We used to have lab tests at Labcorp, but since the provider changed vendors, we need to come here for our blood tests from now on. The Question Diagnostics is located inside the Walmart store. The first impression was how fast the online schedule and check-in process were. The lab tech was very friendly and helpful. The skill of finding a blood vein was superb, especially for my wife, who most lab techs have difficulty finding her blood vein.
