April at the Allen Wal-Mart Quest location is very professional and stellar at what she does.
Crazy that this place is in Wal-Mart. That makes it hard to find if you don’t know. The waiting room looks run down. Fortunately I checked in online and didn't wait long. The tech was great, very efficient and competent.
Really bad experience. The waiting area is very small and compact. The kiosk card holder was broken. Two elderly people in waiting room were coughing non-stop and there were no signs to please not come if you are sick and coughing. When my name was called the door was barely cracked open and you couldn't hear her and she was agitated it was taking me a minute to go to the door as I was behind it. I cannot praise Michelle enough. This was my second encounter with her, and I’m always nervous to give blood because I am a very hard stick so hard that most of the time the hospital can’t even get it. She got it on the very first try she was very pleasant. I had my granddaughter with me and she was just so nice and so welcoming and just made you feel very comfortable. She deserves praise because in situations where you don’t wanna be, she made you feel comfortable. I’m thankful for that. You rock Michelle.
Came for test and was not told they didn’t have one of my test til I arrived at my appt. Now I have to take off again to go to another location. Also the women that did my blood was very efficient in her job! But her delivery on next steps about you all not having the test was terrible. Her exact statement was we don’t have a test you can book at another location another day or find somewhere else to get the test done!
