Unfriendly and rude staff/girl at front desk on 1/21/2026 morning. I tried to ask something regarding the test done in Dec 2025 but did not let me finish my question. I was told they're not doctors and therefore don't explain results. My question has nothing to do with explaining results. I left frustrated. Stay away from this place. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of options with better customer service.
Friendly staff, quick and easy check-in, short wait, clean waiting room!
I have been here several times in the span of about 2 months. I’ve been with and without an appointment, during various times of day and I’ve seen 4 different phlebotomists, and every single time I’ve had an incredible experience. I always tell them I need them to use a butterfly and they don’t question me like I’ve experienced other places and they’re always quick and virtually painless considering.
