Do not try to walk in at any quest diagnostics you will not get in anytime soon. I was told by to my doctor to drop off a urine specimen and they couldn't even take the urine specimen without an appointment. I arrived at 12:45 and my appointment was at 2:20.. so you need an appointment for everything you do there no walk-ins even though they say they will take walk-ins you may have to wait hours. Only one person working there so it wasn't her fault it's the system. Less workers more profit. Not customer friendly whatsoever.
