The worst experience. 3 employees standing in the hall chatting while the waiting room was full.
I’ve visited several Quest locations and often find that those attached to other businesses, like Walmart, don’t provide the best experience. However, this particular location stood out for its excellent communication. They efficiently helped me get my lab orders entered into their system and facilitated a quick lab draw. The phlebotomist, who mentioned it was her first day at this location, was remarkably kind, professional, and skilled.
