I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. I accidentally showed up a day early because I clearly cannot read a calendar, and they still got me in and out quickly. I was there twice in one week, and both techs were fantastic. They were professional, kind, and made the process easy. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went.

The tech was very respectful and professional, Quest has no way to contact anyone onsite, this was the second time I had been to a Quest location during business hours and the doors were locked. First time was 20min before close with no appointment, this time was first AM appointment. Unacceptable, find a way to keep the doors open during business hours.
It was easy to make an appointment. Customer service is nothing but phenomenal. Nurse was great. Thank you so much.
I did not arrive with my correct paperwork. The lab technicians worked with me and help me resolve my issues. They are very kind.
