excellent wait time and easy scheduling,
The phlebotomist was excellent. She was very professional and talented.
It is best to make an appointment when you need lab work. Walk ins are welcome but the wait could be long. My wait was about an hour because the lady couldn't find my orders and was having problems with her computer. Very nice and efficient staff. Clean location at Singing Hills. They are quick to get you in and out if no computer issues. Overall I was satisfied with my visit.
Missed my appt because I sat on the outside benches. The kiosk gives you an option to sit in or out i selected out. 45mins later I go inside and asked when I was going to be called. I was told they did, I said did you call outside ? I was there on the bench. I just got stares. Don't sit outside even though you you checked in and it gives you the option
