Today I went in and was helped by Deerin. She is a great employee that gave 100% great customer service. I was having to deal with getting a doctor to send a corrected order and she was so helpful. She also did great taking my blood. Not many people like her anymore!!
If you want to get treated like livestock and like rude people who see you as a bother to their day- then this is the spot for you. Never a manager on site to address bad service. Or they tell me no manager on site ??
I've gone here twice with my 1 year old(10 months-first time) and I've had great experiences. I made an appointment and maybe waited 5-10 minutes each time. I wish I could remember the names of the ladies that helped us but they were amazing and kind!
Don’t ever expect to get your results.
A very long, wait time and not accommodating to patients.
