one time, great technician
Had terrible experience here because of phlebotomy error. Per worrisome ultrasound results, I was having an NIPT ran at the advice of my doctor. Any woman in this position knows how anxiety inducing this wait is. I made an appointment and my phlebotomist mentioned this was only the second time she’s inputted this test. I told her not to worry about rushing, that I was happy waiting so that it was done right. This is also a very expensive test and I wanted to ensure there were no errors.
