Mira (?) had a wireless earbud in and was watching a movie or tv show on her phone while she was drawing my blood today :/ She barely acknowledged me and seemed more interested in laughing at whatever she was watching on her phone… Really unprofessional and uncomfortable.
My phlebotomist was very professional and efficient.
I usually have a good experience, but this time was exceptional. My phlebotomist was skilled, efficient, funny, and kind.
It was super convenient to make my appointment online. Because I needed to fast before my blood was drawn, I really wanted an early morning time. I was able to find a 9 am time slot. On the morning of my appt, I received a text message with a link to check-in when I arrived. I clicked the link when I walked in the front door, my name appeared on a screen in the waiting room and my name was called within minutes! My phlebotomist was very clean, professional and efficient.
