I rarely leave reviews, but this was worth it! Got a text message and was checked in with a click and didn't even have to use the kiosk. I sat down for barely a minute and was promptly called in. I shared my concerns as an adult with a fear of needles and Greyson (please forgive me if I dont recall his name, but he was a sweet older gentleman absolutely radiating with positive energy!) You are profoundly understaffed. The TWO women drawing blood were efficient, friendly, and apologetic. The kiosk was malfunctioning and subsequently there were several of us who had to wait several hours for blood draws and urine samples to be submitted because the kiosk did not register us in a timely manner, rendering us late because we had to rely on help from the staff. If you have an appointment, it's always pretty quick. Staff is great!
