Waiting 20 plus minutes beyond scheduled appointment is unacceptable.
Easy to make an appt online and check in at the kiosk when I arrived. I was in and out fir my bloodwork within 10 minutes.
Location was clean. One staff member was helpful, a second staff member was rude.
Best Quest ive been to! Ive been here three consecutive years in a row and every time the Quest team is efficient, friendly, proffessional and clean. The phlebotomist, Karen, took extra care and attention, as i get light headed and anxious easily with blood draws. Worth driving a bit farther if not in your area!
I didn't get called in until 20 minutes after I was scheduled for. If I came here on my lunch break, I would not have been able to have my blood drawn.
