My appointment was at 10:30. I did not get seen until 1105. The person tried to take the blood out of my right hand and couldn’t do it and then she took it out. The left one and I have a big bruise and where she took the blood form I got a big bubble afterwards for about a half hour. I don’t like giving blood as it is, but I don’t like someone that has to search for a vein, the person that was before me was in there a half hour and she came out with one bandage. I won’t go back to that quest again.
Caroline Siegel , the technician, was truly outstanding. She explained the tests to me and also clarified with the doctor about test orders . She is a professional.and truly caring. Quest is lucky to have her
I had blood work done on Tuesday, June 17 at 9:30. The technician was very accommodating since I had two prescriptions from different sources. Things were not straight forward but she took the time to sort them out and fill both of the prescriptions. She was very friendly and very efficient.
