The staff was amazing. The staffless onboarding process was awful. They have you pay over the phone before they will do anything, which feels like a scam. Then the waiting room has no staff. You sign up through a kiosk which asks for the same information multiple times (for an appointment and for a walk-in, plus something else), and NEVER shows that you made a payment. They didn’t start the appointment on time. The lobby is overcrowded.
Easy check in. Not a long wait at all. With or without appointment.
The lady who worked there was amazing. She spoke Spanish & English it didn't seem like it at first but ,she did .She made my father feel very comfortable .I love this quest .We will be coming back to this one in the heights!
