Checked in online and waited under 10 minutes. I am terrified of getting my blood drawn and was having a lot of anxiety but Shaniqua made me feel relaxed and the process was quick and painless. She literally gave me back courage to get my blood drawn because of how seamless it was. I would return to this location if I needed blood work again. Thank you so much Shaniqua you’re the best!
My Baylor physician faxed orders for an LFT panel to be drawn. I went to get it drawn and then 2 days later I get the results… and they drew the wrong lab. My physician did not order the lab they ran. How on earth can you run a lab without an order? Absolute clown show.
