Staff that work there seemed bothered and reluctant to do the bare minimum of their job for my pregnant wife. Always saying they don’t take walk ins. Change of staff might help us actually be happy about making appointments there.
Absolutely the worst Quest Diagnostics location I’ve ever dealt with. The Eastlake office is a complete joke. The rating needs to be 0 stars. I went in one morning and it was painfully slow. There were multiple phlebotomists around, yet patients were literally leaving because no one was being helped. That alone should’ve been my sign to not come back, but unfortunately I gave them another chance. I returned later that same day, 40 minutes before closing, and the place was completely empty.
