I dont remember the gentlemen name but he was tall and Hispanic. He was wonderful and good hands i did not feel the needle love this place.
I had an appointment today for blood work after scheduling in advance. The number of tests ordered by my doctor was quite large, but the phlebotomist, Ike, took the time to go through each one carefully. He explained which tests might not be covered by insurance, walking me through them one by one, and offered helpful advice, which made me feel very reassured.
