Very professional, And you're very helpful. But you definitely should get an appointment which is easy to do on their app.
I schedule my appointments online, very easy and user-friendly. I love the fact that they send me a text to check in right from my car once I arrive. By the time I get inside, I am called within 5 min. and always, the phlebotomists are excellent!!!
