Two things. First, the phlebotomist could not find my doctor's orders that she had faxed to the number listed on your website. I don't know what that was about, but she eventually found it. According to her, it wasn't sent to the correct number. I found this odd because there was only one number on your website. Also, my arm was black and blue after the blood draw--I hate that! First of all I want to say thank you so much to the beautiful, nice, young lady who took my blood today. I didn’t catch her name, but she had a slick back bun and French tip nails. I had gone to get my blood drawn at the doctors, and the nurses poked me multiple times for about 15 minutes and couldn’t get a vein, so I went to quest. From the time I parked, walked over, checked in as a walk in with no appointment, got my blood taken, then I even went to Starbucks and it took less than 15 minutes.
