Maybe call, if you can actually get a real person on the phone and make sure they have what is needed for your test. I made an appt, waited two days, went to appt only to be told they don't have the materials to do my urea breath test... Absolutely ridiculous!! Why isn't there the ability to put in what kind off test you are coming in for when making an appt so they know they can actually help you!
I was expecting the worse after reading some of the reviews but I had a great experience. I was called a couple minutes after checking in, the nurse was super friendly and I was out of there quickly.
The process of trying to schedule an appointment is inefficient . Went without an appointment and was seen within 5 min . Excellent treatment with Cabrina today .
Clean, quick and friendly. I was pretty nervous for this appointment because reviews were poor for most quest locations. I was pleasantly surprised! The office was clean and check-in was quick and easy using the email link. I was called within two minutes of checking in. Ceus was skilled, welcoming and friendly. Everything took maybe 10 minutes. Overall very happy with my experience.
I’m sure it can be hit or miss but I personally had a decent experience. Had an 8:30am appointment, they took me in by 8:40, and I was out by 8:50. The woman drawing my blood was very sweet and did her best to help me feel relaxed by chatting with me. I will call out that they didn’t have the right tubes for 2 of my tests and the urine cup they gave me looked like a plastic drinking cup (not one of the collection containers you usually get).
