Had an appointment at 3:40, ran late due to traffic, no number to call to tell them I was running late, got there at 3:50, door was still unlocked, so technically they're still open. While signing in, I hear voices socializing. I finish logging in, someone comes in the waiting room and says, "I'm sorry sir but we can't take you today". My boyfriend went to get his blood work done, there’s no one anywhere to help with the check in luckily I was there. He got upset only because he found out his son passed away. The girls working in the back could absolutely care less. Instead of assessing the situation they made him feel worse antagonizing him. They wanted to argue and take it out on us. I went to this Quest due to the fact that the one in Wallingford by stop and shop gave me a gigantic bruise. Well, this Quest did as well. Took 3 weeks go away. Get better phlebotomists!
Horrible customer service, rude front desk, Gigantic Bunch of Douche Canoes at this place. The worst experience everytime I walk through the door. I now go to CHC for blood work which is also quest but they are not as Douchey.
I bought my Mom in for blood work today. Kendra, the phlebotomist assigned to us was far from friendly. I observed her digging in her ears and scraping the dirt out of her nails. She proceeded to gather the supplies needed without washing her hands or wearing gloves. I politely asked her to wash her hands and put on gloves. She responded with.. there is some hand sanitizer right here. She was unapologetic and extremely unprofessional.
