I’ve been going to MACL/Quest for over almost twenty years now for my labs. Leshanda, who I believe is the lab manager at the St. Vincent Carmel, IN location, is simply the best. I’ve always been a “hard stick” and she has always managed to get me on the first try. Besides that, she is always good natured, smiling, courteous, and professional.
The Phlebotomist who helped me was EXCELLENT! I did not even feel the needle when she drew my blood
Nurses are helpful, kind, and intelligent. My wife and I felt over the course of 72 hours we were treated fairly and with respect. Would highly recommend the birthing center for any woman to give labor.
Everyone was extremely professional. The nurses were very helpful and always available when I needed them. My doctor did all the right things to get me well and out the door as quickly as possible. I’d also like to recognize the hospitalist who kept an eye on my progress and was very upbeat. I needed that!
