DO NOT try and walk in you will wait all day. Not even able to talk with anyone.
Overall good. Except the way they call people back. I checked in 15 min early,(my appt was at 8).About 4 people checked in after me. ( the appt are scheduled 15 min apart ) All of the people who checked in after me were taken back first. I got called back at 8:10. (The min late not too bad,the idea is it looked like others were checking in/ were late). I left work to go to my appointment at 8, I missed 15 minutes of work( to some that is not a lot,but to me it is)
The technician was very professional, excellent skills and customer service
Computers were down, slow running. Appreciated the staff updating us every few minutes as to why appointments were running behind. I was still taken care of within a half hour of my scheduled time
