You can be waiting here for 2 hours and they will not care to serve you. Took time off work just to get a simple blood test drawn and they kicked me out. Total waste of time. They took my name off the waiting list and tell me to book online. Not everyone can fit their work schedule within their regular business time and all their other sites are booked weeks ahead. If your hospital has a regular blood drawing station just settle with that. This place will waste your time

This was my first time at this location as I'd been going to Norfolk which is temporarily closed. It's a very nice facility and the largest one I've ever been to. (Other than Norfolk, others have been Milford and Marlborough, both in MA.). The phlebotomist was very pleasant, there was no pain with the stick even though I'd had another one about two hours earlier -- it's the only good vein left).
Probably my best quest diagnostics visit to day. I scheduled an appointment for a pre employment drug screen at 1:10pm. I was taken in at 1:07. Quick easy appointment. In and and in 10 m8ns once called.
Check in was easy and efficient. Called back early and was done before my appointment even started. Kind workers, no pain with the draw.
