My tech was excellent, he answered all of my questions and it didn't even leave a mark and no bruising.
I normally come here for my blood work, and always received great service, meaning the person sticking needle in me did it so smoothly I hardly felt it. So naturally, I scheduled my wife's blood work at this location too. I took her in today ( 22Oct ) and she came out not happy at all. Said needle hurt going in and coming out. To prove her point, she showed me her arm where a nickel size lump, black and blue, had formed. Really? I'm not happy...
