Smooth check-in and on time. The phlebotomist, Asia, was all smiles and friendly. I didn't end up getting my blood drawn because I'd have forgotten to fast but others who left before me said they were gentle and painless.

Arrived 910 am yesterday for scheduled 920 am appointment. Found 1 technician on duty. All others called in sick. Finally seen at 1005 am. Unacceptable.
