Excellent experience at Quest Atlantic. Antonette was professional and provided a painless procedure.
Arrived 910 am yesterday for scheduled 920 am appointment. Found 1 technician on duty. All others called in sick. Finally seen at 1005 am. Unacceptable.
Easy to make the appointment and sign in on the app. It was a fast and professional procedure. Phlebotomist was pleasant and efficient. Everything went smoothly.
Check in is easy at this location. Its also very neat n clean. Though, when I went, there was issue with my order, the phlebotomist was helpful n thorough telling me what I needed to obtain from my doctor so I conplete my labs. So, the visit wasn't a waste n a learning experience. As long as you make ur appt online u are seen quick n fast.
