Today I had visit with Mr Raw Shailab. The best technician. He is professional, I felt comfortable and pain free and most importantly No bruis for the first time ( you can see that in the photo) I wish he was the one I see each visit at Quest location. He also answered all my questions. The best of best. Thank you !!
The staff were polite, but the appointment system needs improvement. Even with a scheduled appointment, I had to wait much longer than expected. If appointments are offered, they should make a better effort to respect the scheduled time. Overall, an average experience.
Adonica’s was soo gentle and kind drawing my blood! I felt so comfortable and welcomed by her and I didn’t even feel the needle. Truly a pro. I was iffy about the chairs but whatever the chair isn’t the one taking my blood.
