Technician was patient with me to get my doctor to input it into the system. She was very professional in her duties with a sincere smile.
Poor service not senior friendly
For my blood test, there were 2 people in the room, likely a Trainee and a Supervisor. The person who drew the 5 vials of my blood was totally unskilled. The first jab popped out after one vial. A second jab elsewhere was required for the last 4 vials. It took much longer than usual to fill each vial, and it was more painful. Later the first jab site bled and appeared to have been cut by the needle rather than just pierced. Within a few hours that site made a dark bruise the size of a half-dollar.
