the staff is very nice and patient, I took to my mom several times there, she has alzaimer/ Dementia and they very nice and helpful with her, my mom screams like a child and cries, but they still were able to help us with the blood process. thank you for your help staff

All Walk Ins prepare to wait more than 3 hours. They do not prioritize you unless vou have an appointment and even then you will wait. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT I recommend. Also dont come no more than 15 min early for your apt they dont care if your an hour early they wont see You early,

Zero star. No one was available to assist us. We waited for more than 3–4 hours without any updates or response. The service was extremely poor—it was a nightmare. This wasn’t even handled like a proper standby list. If you’re going to come as a standby patient, be prepared to wait at least 5 hours. They seemed to have no concern or consideration for patients on the standby list.

Updated: Had another visit and same as before, the experience was great. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Christa was my phlebotomist and she had me in that chair for 5 minutes. They have a new check-in procedure via text which made it even more convenient. Original: I got lucky, my blood was drawn 10 minutes after I walked in. Sara is a great phlebotomist because my veins are hard to find.
