I used the Hacienda Heights, CA location. Even though I was nearly 30 minutes late due to my MRI having been delayed 40 minutes, the tech got me right in! She was energetic, enthusiastic, professional, and very accommodating! I wish that I got her name.
One suggestion If anybody appears to give blood with appointment but forgets the order form given by doctor and he/she is able to go get the order form as he/she lives very close by he/she should be allowed to go get the order form and should be treated in reasonable time because appointment was taken and person appeared in time. Online appointment scheduling was easy to understand and complete. Staff were very welcoming and efficient. Location was clean and not too crowded. A bit of a wait for morning appointments. But all in all, Great service.
