I brought my 18 month old daughter for a blood test yesterday and it was horrible. I understand that it’s hard doing a blood test for a little toddler but they stuck the needle in and my daughter took it like a champ and then they couldn’t find the vein and started searching for it and of course it hurt her and she started freaking out. Horrible issues with this company. Lost my blood work and blew out my vein. I have never had a vein blowout. This is first time I have had an issue with losing blood work.

I'm unsure why Mercy thought it was a good idea to outsource outpatient labs to Quest. Stat labs are stat for a reason. When clinical decisions are dependent on labs that don't come back in a timely fashion, patients suffer. I'm requesting nurses bring labs elsewhere in an effort to dodge Quest. 0/5

Bloodwork that was supposed to be STAT came back FIVE days later... My doctor needed the results that night to adjust my medicine.
