I was disappointed with the woman who took my blood on 11/07/24. On my prior visit for blood work, I made an appointment on 10/24/24, however, I was anxious so I came in the day before on 10/23/24 as a walk-in, she came out and called my name and stated: "We don't take walk-ins here, you are going to have to make an appointment". First — Keisha was GREAT. Professional and pleasant. A+++ The yucky part was another technician — older lady, silver shoulder length hair, Asian descent - she had a deep, RACKING cough — no mask, didn’t cover her mouth — just coughed and coughed and coughed. When she came out to the waiting room to call a name, down the hall when she was walking, during the time she was taking blood. It was HORRIBLE.
