I had a late morning appointment but had to wait 1 1/2 hours in waiting room before I was called. Another customer with appointment before mine said she waited 2 hours. The technician said she was busy all morning and was not able to take a lunch break. On my prior visit, I also experienced and reported a prolonged delay. Seems to be an issue they can not resolve.
Staff was incredibly rude and was on the phone during my appointment. I don’t know how Labcorp or others are but I would not go here.
For everyone who had a awful experience with Labcorp employees, try them. I had Robin as my technician and she was fantastic. I never go enywhere else.
I have to have bloodwork done regularly, and the techs at this location are always timely, professional and kind.
I am a very difficult stick when it comes to blood work. Lashanda and Heather worked together to get the draw I needed. They both work very hard and and were very kind. I can"t thank them enough for their persistence. Good job ladies!
