Very warm welcome by friendly professional staff. I let her know I am a little Anxious of needles. She was so considerate and sweet! I didn’t even know she had already inserted and retrieved the blood draw! Best experience ever. Thankyou so much ladies!
Was there on-time for my appointment and had to wait outside until someone showed up to unlock the door to the lobby. When they did finally show up there wasn't a greeting or an apology for being late. Just unprofessional.
Gave proper orders for 3 tests: CBC with diff, CMP, LDH to Quest employee who drew 2 tubes of blood, one red top, one purple top. Quest only ran 2 tests: CBC with diff and LDH. Dr. Haidemenos ordered CBC with diff, CMP, and LDH and each was listed on the orders given which I had verified. Initially he was only using 1 purple top tube. I told him it usually requires 1 red top and 1 purple top tube. He stated his computer said only 1 purple top was indicated.
