A very large apathetic technician who acted like breathing was too much for her, let alone working with the public and being polite, was supposed to draw my blood today. She seemed perpetually confused by my very simple doctor’s orders. I live in both Nashville and Palm Beach. If I could give a zero I would. So one star is beyond generous! The scheduling process is absolutely unbelievable and there is no one to answer when or even if you will be seen.
Very clean. Kind and Knowledgeable employees. Not a long wait time. Parking was available close to the correct building for my appointment.
Booked an appointment on Dec 26th through quest website. Google says they are open. Get there and they have a sign saying they are closed today.
Protip, the Quest lab center is located on the 4th floor of the plaza building in St. Thomas Hospital.
