The address of the lab on the website is different to the address of the lab at St. Thomas. I missed my appointment because I couldn't find the lab, and had to reschedule. I was frustrated and upset. Apparently this is an on-going problem.
I was able to book an appointment for the same day. I ended up coming in late due to limited parking and trying to find the place. I took my chances at the standby list and only had to wait about 20 minutes. Very clean. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional.
The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The phlebotomist was amazing, I didn't feel a thing and she made me feel very at ease. I didn't even end up with a bruise!
There was absolutely no signage to identify Quest was located in the building. Once inside, again No signage. I had to ask a hospital employee who happened to be walking by; Where to find Quest? Quest technician was excellent!
I love that you can make an appointment at this location. It was easy to park and the team was super friendly.
