I came here because of a great experience a year ago. The guy, whose name I did not get, was extremely efficient and professional. I came as a walk in, and the waiting room was packed, yet I didn’t have to wait for more than 10 minutes to get served. One year later, the situation has changed. Corp needs to look into staff here. They are lying they can’t see you in the system, gaslight you made a mistake in the application etc. I think they just know the hack how to score 3-4hrs on the paycheck without doing any work. Very frustrating experience, 0 help 1 star

The female staff with Curly hair is terrible in attitude. It appears to me that they do not care about customers at all. Good luck visiting this place.

Arrived here before they closed for my scheduled appointment but the door was closed. And the staff who worked today told me they were closed and they did not take any more patients today. The only thing I can say is perhaps they closed early so they can get home early.

Really disappointing experience at the McLean Quest today. I arrived around 10 AM for a fasting blood draw, checked in on the kiosk as a walk-in, and was told by Nourish that I could walk into any Quest location. There were two people ahead of me, and I was completely willing to wait. After sitting there for about 30 minutes, the employee came out and said they were no longer taking walk-ins for the day.
