I arrived for a blood draw at 11:45am and was extremely frustrated by the experience. The tech told me she was about to leave and that I should come back after 12:40pm, even though the hours are clearly posted online and on the door as 7am to 3pm with a 30-minute break from 12:00pm to 12:30pm. I was fasting for my blood work, and they had no concern at all for their patients’ time or needs. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend coming to this location, and I will never come back.

The phlebotomist Chris did an outstanding job. He was working non stop. He was very professional with everyone that was there and made it a hassle free process. Recommend scheduling an appointment if you visit this location.
