The visiting phlebotomist who drew my blood was very friendly and gave me the info I needed to perform a test that didn't come with the required at-home vials. Just make sure you book an appointment ahead of time like I did, walk-ins can be slower.

Got there at 8:20am as a walk-in. Totally expected to wait as there was only one phlebotomist. It’s 10:50 and I was next in line for a walk-in on the list displayed on the screen in the waiting room. My name disappears after the list, I go back to ask the phlebotomist what happened. She says “sometimes it just kicks people out and it’s you’re out of the system, and I have no control of it.” Said she was no longer doing walk-ins now. I arrived for a blood draw at 11:45am and was extremely frustrated by the experience. The tech told me she was about to leave and that I should come back after 12:40pm, even though the hours are clearly posted online and on the door as 7am to 3pm with a 30-minute break from 12:00pm to 12:30pm. I was fasting for my blood work, and they had no concern at all for their patients’ time or needs. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend coming to this location, and I will never come back.
