They have to take the blood out of my hands since my arm ones don't work any more. They are very kind and I have never had a problem.
The phlebotomists at ACL in Union City, PA are awesome, personable and professional. I appreciate that ACL has this location between my home and work. I can usually stop in early morning and still get to work early.
