Worst experience I have ever had at a lab in my life. First, the kiosk is so off putting since your expecting human interaction. Second, some of your phlebotomists need a lesson in customer service and simple kindness. They don't even introduce themselves when they call you back they just direct you to a room and immediately start asking demographic verification questions. Being a medical provider myself for Dignity I am embarrassed to even come here. Do better!
