I have never left a negative review before, but this experience was heartbreaking. My 5-year-old daughter has a severe fear of blood draws because of previous experiences. We spent an entire month preparing her. I even scheduled my own blood test first to show her it was safe and wrote a note asking the staff to help us create one positive experience. Never came back rude all persons
I've always been treated professionally at quest. The facility is always clean, staff is friendly and appts are on time. I've also witnessed nasty patients attacking staff when they had longer wait times because they were walk-ins and didn't bother to make an appt before they came. Very unfair to staff.
