Very friendly and knowledgeable staff .. I didn't even feel the needle!!
Even though I needed help signing in at the kiosk and we never did find my appointment time. They were pleasant and helpful. And called me within 30 minutes of my appointment time.
Friendly staff that stick to their appointments. In and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, I was turned away as a walk in due to their high volume of appointments an people seen daily.
My experience at this Lynn Haven Walmart Quest location was great compared to my experience at the 3009 Hwy. 77 Suite K, Panama City lab location. That place was terrible, let alone I had a bleed out dripping blood on my way back to my vehicle after the blood draw. I had to walk back into the site and ask for help to get re-bandaged. The technician pushed the needle in and proceeded to move it from side to side while sticking it in further, missing the vein and causing great pain.
