I signed my son in with me at 8:20am when I was scheduled because we missed his 8:10 appointment. The screen told me that his appointment time was 9:20am. We tried waiting in that tiny waiting room but it started filling up with people with appointments scheduled before his. I took my son just outside of door to wait all the while checking the board to see if his appointment time had changed.
