Very nice, very fast and very kind
For a big company they have a shitty way of dealing with walk-ins. Our initial appointment was at 7:40AM we were there at the location at 7:52AM the system did not let check in so we had to choose either a 8:40AM appointment or walk in so we chose walk in(the system said it was going to be anywhere between 30 to 60minutes) people who chose 8:40AM appointment at walk-in were seen before us. After an hour nothing why take walk in when you are not able to squeeze people in and waste our time? There should be a disclaimer saying... read more
