I had an appointment scheduled but still ended up waiting for over two hours. The waiting area had no available seating, so many of us had to sit on the floor. The site appeared short-staffed, but it would have been far better to receive a call or message ahead of time to reschedule rather than wasting hours from people’s schedules. Experiences like this are a clear example of how the health system is failing patients. The phlebotomist that I saw was very kind and professional.
Something weird is going on at this location. The last time I came here I had the first morning appointment at 7:10. I was in the parking lot at 7:05. I waited for about 30 minutes before anyone arrived to open the building. During that time a long line of people with appointments showed up. The service is always great here. Appointments aren't required but are highly recommended.
Waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes for my scheduled appointment. They had only one phlebotomist to draw blood. The phlebotomist was nice and professional but overwhelmed. One person should not have to do 3 jobs. One of the chairs in the waiting room looked like it had blood stains on it. Quest needs to hire more people and clean this place.
The lady that helped me saved me money and didn't have too. I wish I got her name because her kindness and patience was extremely valued.
