Terrible location and booking/standby appts. The stand by process doesn’t work properly at this location. If someone arrives 30 min early for their appt, but you are a walk in standby, you will not be seen. They continue to take appointments whenever they arrive. Rather than fitting them into the 10 min time slots. We waited for 2 hours when no one was here and still did not get seen as they wait for appts. And if I could make an appt I would. They are non available.
I get to Quest and there is a Padlock on the door. No one is coming. I try to call Quest and there is no one to talk to. I wait around and finally someone opens a door. I can imagine how Dorothy felt at the gates of Oz. I nearly left because I had to use a restroom
Tracy is amazing. I have small veins. She finds one every time. Without discomfort. She is always worth waiting for and deserves a raise!
