Called in quickly and no problems drawing my blood.
My only problem with Quest is the sign in process. For some people, using a tablet/iPad to check in for an appointment is not so easy. I’ve helped several people sign in on different visits; primarily elderly that needed assistance, and there were no Quest employees available to help them. I hope that changes; ailing people shouldn’t have the added aggravation of signing in for an appointment.
Absolutely hate everything about speaking with someone about anything over the phone, Hate there is no secretary in the office and only kiosks. However it gets a 3 because the gentleman who dealt with my new born baby's blood draw was fantastic with her and went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. If he wasn't there they would get a 0 and if it was his place I would give a 5.
I have very small veins so most places take blood at my wrist sometimes taking 2 or 3 tries. Not here first try in the arm everytime!
