The main thing (the rose): the technician, I believe here name is Dee: she was fast, I barely felt the prick. I went there, waited for my appointment, then after the appointment time passed someone finally came and told us they couldn’t do the test because the bathroom wasn’t working and hasn’t been all week. They decided to not let me know until then. They told me to go to another location and when i got there the wait time was 2 hours. I lost 3 hours and a ton of gas because they don’t care about us enough to make a phone call.

I arrived 45 minutes early and easily used the self-check-in. I expected to wait until my 3:30 appointment, but Katelin called me back within just two or three minutes. As someone who gets nervous around needles, I really appreciated her warm personality—she chatted and joked with me, which completely put me at ease. I didn't even feel the needle! Thank you for being so wonderful at your job, Katelin!

Davina was insanely sweet and considerate. I wasn't feeling well during my visit but she still made time to check on me dispite it being busy and I was able to leave safely thanks to that
