I was a walk-in, no appointment, when I checked in the display said 30 minutes to an hour to be seen. After 2 hours I asked one of the staff if they had any idea when they could work me in. They told me that they had no idea when, even when I asked if it would be another hour. So I walked out and made an appointment for the next day. Either attempt to honor the displayed time estimate, or do not offer it.
Walked in and phlebotomist was on the speakerphone of her mobile. Sounded like she was waiting on hold. Person came on and they conversed regarding something. Sounded personal but really have no way of knowing. She then proceeded to administer the H. Pylori breath test (which she indicated she had no experience with) while continuing to converse on her mobile phone both verbally and through texting. Katelyn was my tech. She did a great job because I am very nervous regarding blood withdrawals. She was very easy going, and made the experience so much better. Much appreciated
The one staff member was rude. My appointment was at 07:10 AM and I was informed to arrive at 07:00 AM. She is arriving two minutes till 7 AM, so she was basically late. I asked if the lobby was open and she gave a smart reply and closed the door on me. Most places at least open a minute or two before to let people in, which was not the case. I will be going to a different location. If they do not want to work, then the position can be provided to someone else.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! It's absolutely horrible. Every time I go there, the service is awful and the wait times are horrible even if the waiting room isn't busy. I ended up leaving without getting my labs done this last time because the wait was horrible. Even though I had an appointment, people who arrived after me with much later appointments were called back for thier labs. When I brought to the lab tech's attention, they dismissed my complaint and told me to wait "my turn". Never am I ever coming back here. Don't... read more
