Excellent service, easy, quick and professional.
My husband had an appointment this morning and the phlebotomist did a horrible job. She’s not new. He saw her many months ago and by now she should have this down. Stuck the needle in his arm couldn’t get any blood and start digging it around. Then another lady that’s been there longer came and took over and it was smooth. Trained these people! I won’t go here I go to Chico.
The girl that helped us was awesome! Her name is Liliana.. My son is terrified of needles but she made it such an easy and great experience for him!
I made an appointment for 12:10, during my lunch time. I was there 5 min before. I didn’t get called back at all. I decided to leave around 12:17. I could hear them having a full conversation inside.
