The woman taking my blood was very kind and gentle however she was not able to get any blood drawn that day. She tried twice and was not able to do it and being that she was the only one on that day. I had to leave. being someone that has high anxiety when it comes to lab work, this caused me great angst knowing that I would have to come back again to have the lab work done.
The staff have continuously been friendly, warm, and professional. I've only made appointments in the MyQuest portal for AM appointment slots, but the wait is minimal (and the check-in process is easy). I go back to my life without any issues or setbacks, when I use Quest Diagnostics. Thanks!
Quick, painless and convenient!
My doctor had forgotten to send the orders so the technician gave me a fax # for her to do so and then took me in on her lunch break to do test. I wish I remembered her name. She was very gracious.
