The wait is long for appointments and longer for walk ins. I do not recommend this location if you value your time.

Zero stars should be an option for this location. The moment I walked in, I watched an employee named Jordan scold and belittle three patients waiting for bloodwork. She was incredibly disrespectful to an elderly man who needed help and a woman trying to get labs from her Dr. Jordan then accused tho woman of not having had the orders sent, even though the woman had her Dr’s office on the phone saying they did. Absolutely the worst experience. I checked in on time and selected the option to receive a text when it was my appointment time, so I waited in my car. Thirty minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I still had not received a text. I went back inside to find out what was going on, only to be told that their system had “glitched” and they had called my name inside the waiting room instead of texting me.
