My experience at the Quest Diagnostics at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land with Bonnie was excellent! I had set up my appointment online and literally the minute I entered my information I was taken to the back! This Quest Diagnostics ranks one of the best in my opinion in Sugar Land Texas! This is in building 2 Suite 390 off Hwy. 59 at the Grand Parkway.
Excellent and quick.
I really like this location. It was fast and organized. I like that they have a reception window unlike mini quest that everything is completely closed off so you’re unable to ask any questions. The staff was your experience and checked the orders multiple times to ensure everything was correct the phlebotomist was very nice and very skilled.
Wow quick! Walked in, checked-in, sat down, the nurse called me in immediately. She was super efficient. Drew the blood samples in an expert fashion, and was very nice as a bonus. Thanks!! HOWEVER... in case anyone reads this. I responded to an email to create an account in order to access the test results easily & quickly. Did so, went thru the steps until the vey last (& duplicative) identification requirement of submitting a photo & copy of drivers license to a 3rd party...... Nope.
