The technician Kimberly was extremely rude and outright aggressive with my daughter. I understand my daughter isn't a good patient and did take her aggression out on ME, her mother, but what kid likes to get their blood drawn? My daughter had questions and wanted to know how it would work and why she needs to have her blood drawn, all the while, refusing to roll up her sleeve and allow them to take her blood, and having an attitude, to which I'm not proud of at all... Bonnie was my phlebotomist and she was so great. Very quick and efficient and conversational. Put me at ease and one stick and done!
This is a great location (suite 390). It is easy to park and get in and out quickly. Kimberly is a rockstar phlebotomist! She is so smooth, you don't even feel it. Thanks for an A+ expereince.
