Phenomenally bad Customer service. Want to check to see if they got your lab order? Don’t bother, nobody answers the phone, and you can’t tell from the website right now I’m on their website using chat, and I’ve been waiting so far for 10 minutes. Just hoping I get an answer.
They take their last patient at 4:45. Good luck if you have a job.
