I'm not one that will normally complain. But this was an awful experience with me ending up walking out without having blood drawn. I scheduled the appointment online early this morning for the afternoon. Arrived 10 minutes early. Was first told they didn't have an order then, had something for 4 months from now. I have an order from UMass for an upcoming appointment a week from now and showed her my phone. But she needs a paper. And anyway, says they are not part of UMass.
