The phlebotomist use an unnecessary large needle to draw my blood. It’s been 5 days since the blood draw and my arm is still very sore. I’m a nurse and you don’t need to use a large needle if not required. Will not visit this location again.
Don’t go to this location i scheduled my appointment hours prior i get there 10 mins early at check in as i walk in the door they said they cannnot see me and they aren’t taking drug testing clients . I’m like how are u not taking drug testing clients when i booked online , their website should’ve never let me book if they are NOT taking drug test clients ! I am taking this for a new job! I had the most unbelievable experience. MARY drew my blood and I didnt feel a thing just a small pitch when she inserted the needle. Never have I had someone do such a painless job in my 38years of life. I drunk 3 cups of water before visit with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Her years of experience definitely shows in her work.
Super rude employee. Makayla was very rude and acted like it's was an inconvenience to do her job. Don't know what o expected from an employee in country club hills. Should have know better. Won't keep a job long acting like that.
Recently went to an appointment and the Employee must have been new. I've been going to Quest for 10 years and because my doctor orders didn't have the fax number and I couldn't find it on my physicians website, I have to make another appointment. I dont understand why they would at least not have a record of any past appointments if I have been going there for 10 years.
