Lab closes at 4pm, I arrived and signed in by 3:56. Staff came out at 3:58 and said I signed in wrong (which I didn’t) and then said they were closed. I said I was here by 3:56. Staff asked another staff member for the time and it was 3:59 by the time she lied to tell me I signed in wrong and that they were closed. I wouldn’t have rushed to get there if I couldn’t be seen as long as I arrived before 4pm. The Website and google should put that client must arrive by “3:45” or something like that.
