Victoria did an excellent job...literally, not even the slightest prick or sting from the needle...as I told her, it was the best blood draw I have ever experienced...didnt feel a thing!

I had terrible experience. No wonder why reviews are bad at this location. Even though I brought my order with me, they didn’t make the tests and send me home claiming compliance. It’s just so ridiculous. The classic: “the system doesn’t let us…”. Avoid this location if you can
Listen to me Quest. STOP packing in patients. It is not fair for ANYONE. Give your staff breathing room and time to be human. Enough of this machine automation baloney. People need people. Have one person helping check people in - I watched so many older people struggle. Your corporation is making enough money to be expanding like crazy. Stop it. My female phlebotomist at the Larkspur location was one of the best I have ever had. She was so gentle and though I had to give over 20 vials of blood she made the experience painless. I had mentioned that my previous experience at another Quest was painful and unpleasant so she often checked in with me to be sure I was ok. She should be teaching others how to do this!!!
