It’s suite 225 (second floor) not 1st but I was done and outta there within 15 mins of my appt time. Great service!
We took our 6 week old in for a heel blood draw, they didn't seem set up to take blood from newborns. Everywhere else we've taken her had chemical heel warmers to help make the blood flow better and make her more comfortable. They hadn't even heard of those and strapped on a band to her leg like you would to an adult. She's had about 15 blood draws since she was born and this was the first one she screamed the whole time and it took forever and they had to do both heels because they didn't get enough out of the first one. Had an appointment for 9:50 am. Found out after waiting almost an hour that they canceled my appointment without telling me. Told me to wait another hour as a walk-in, but I didn’t have time to wait. Still don’t have the blood work done. Staff was extremely rude.
The worst customer service. Staff is a joke and they lie to patients.
